I visited Sushi Saga on July 28, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences Iβve had. From the moment we walked in, the service was disappointing. The waitress didnβt greet us or welcome usβshe simply pointed to a table without saying anything. Throughout the meal, she came across as unfriendly and appeared to be on her phone most of the time, making it difficult to get her attention. The overall experience felt very unwelcoming. The food was also underwhelming. The sushi didnβt taste fresh, and the texture was rubbery and stale, which made it difficult to enjoy. When we asked for the check, it took more than five minutes before someone came over. A different waitress eventually collected our card and processed the payment. After leaving, I checked my bank account and noticed an additional charge of around $10 that I did not authorize. We intentionally did not leave a tip because we were dissatisfied with the service, so seeing an extra charge on my card was very concerning. I have disputed the charge with my bank. If this was an error, the restaurant should address it immediately. If not, customers should carefully review their receipts and bank statements a

First time at this establishment. All you can eat sushi. Just fill out the paper and hand it off to the server. Be advised, do not waste food or risk a fee. Between 2 people, we were able to demolish 2 plates of rolls, crab rangoon, and ice cream. Prompt service. Large parking lot. No, wait for a Saturday lunch. 9.5/10.

Service was stellar. The sushi was pretty good. There were a few items that we didn't like... baked mussels. The sauce smelled bad and had me gagging. The short ribs were also not great. It was super chewy and the flavor wasn't great. But other than those two, it was good. Especially for the price. If you come later, the last call for all you can eat was 1030.

I recently dined at this sushi restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The fish was incredibly tasty and fresh, making every bite a delight. The quality of the sushi truly stood out. One small suggestion would be for the staff to smile a bit more to enhance the overall ambiance. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely recommend this place to others. + you can bring your own alc*** beverages.

05/14/2023 The Saba (Spanish mackerel) sashimi here is 'γγ'ed. That means vinegar marinated. It's very tasty for sashimi lovers. -----------------------------------I don't know what happened to my old post. I went visit this place and found my posts were gone. This is currently the second best choice for me if I want to go to the same type of restaurant. This means the choices and taste are better than any other all-you-can-eat order style Japanese restaurants I could find from my list... Price is reasonable and the service is good... I recommend it to anyone who is interested in this kind of restaurant...
